Movement is a dance film that alternates between young people dancing freely to songs of their own choosing and staged poses. The video work tries to bring out a power that exists in the lives of young people, more specifically in the twenties when one has not yet become disillusioned and still looks ahead - a utopian power. But, at the same time, capture some of the uncertainty one can feel in the transition towards becoming an adult, where the question of individual freedom in the face of different sets of expectations is central.
